Refund policy
Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 2025 April
Thank you for booking us Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All bookings, deposits, and payments made to are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes, without limitation, cancellations or non-attendance caused by:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances.
- Illness, injury, or death of the traveler or a family member.
- Denied entry, visa issues, or missing/invalid travel documents.
- Weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, strikes, or civil unrest.
- Errors made by the traveler when booking (e.g. wrong dates, wrong names).
- Cancellations, delays, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
No Cancellations or Changes
Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or transferred to another person or date. Any request to modify a booking will be treated as a new purchase at current pricing.
Travel Insurance
Because we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, we strongly urge every traveler to purchase comprehensive travel insurance (covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delay) at the time of booking. [Agency Name] is not responsible for any losses that travel insurance would have covered.
Supplier Cancellations
If a third-party supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator) cancels a component of your trip, any compensation, credit, or refund available will be determined solely by that supplier's own policy We will assist in communicating with the supplier on your behalf, but any outcome is at the supplier's discretion.
Chargebacks
Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this no-refund policy may result in the cancellation of any remaining bookings and may be contested with supporting documentation of this policy, which you agree to at time of purchase.
1.6 Acknowledgment
By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
Note: some jurisdictions give consumers rights that can't be waived by contract — e.g. if a service is never delivered at all, or in cases of fraud or a supplier-side cancellation covered by local travel-agency regulations. An absolute "no refunds, no exceptions" clause may not be fully enforceable everywhere it's posted. Have a local lawyer confirm this wording holds up under your jurisdiction's consumer-protection law before you publish it.
